Skilled Construction Labourer — Everton Projects | Winnipeg, MB** **$17–22/hr | Seasonal Full Time | Immediate Start
**Who We Are**
Everton Projects is a fast-growing residential construction company based in Winnipeg. We install fencing across the city and we're busy. We work hard, we do quality work, and we take pride in what we leave behind at the end of every job.
**The Role**
We need someone who shows up, works hard, and doesn't need to be babysat. You'll be working on residential job sites across Winnipeg — physical outdoor work in all conditions. You'll learn our system fast and be expected to contribute from day one. This is not a supervisory role. This is boots on the ground, get it done work. But if you have a brain and a strong back we will notice and reward it.
**What You'll Do**
Install residential fencing under direction of the site lead - Handle materials, tools, and site setup and cleanup - Keep the job site organized and safe - Show up on time ready to work every single day
**What We're Looking For**
Some construction or trade experience — anything counts - Someone who takes pride in their work - Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all Manitoba weather - Reliable, punctual, and straight up - Valid Class 5 licence an asset but not required
**What You Get**
$17–22/hr based on experience - Immediate start - Consistent full time hours through the season - Straightforward work with a crew that doesn't mess around
