Job Title: Lash & Brow Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Lash & Brow Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through high-quality lash and brow services while maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume applications.
- Provide lash lifts, lash tinting, brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, and related services.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs, recommend suitable treatments, and explain aftercare instructions.
- Maintain accurate client records, including service history and any sensitivities or contraindications.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are cleaned and sanitized according to Ontario health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering professional products and supplies as needed.
- Promote retail products and educate clients on proper home care to maintain treatment results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in eyelash extension and/or brow services from a recognized training program.
- Previous experience as a Lash Technician, Brow Technician, Esthetician, or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multiple lash extension techniques.
- Knowledge of brow mapping and facial symmetry.
- Sales and retail experience within the beauty industry.
- Social media content creation and client engagement experience is considered an asset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and precision for detailed beauty services.
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout appointments
