Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Breakfast Cook to join our team at Exit 153 Restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast items while ensuring efficient kitchen operations and an excellent guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to order (eggs, bacon, breakfast meats, etc.)
- Ensure all food is prepared quickly, consistently, and to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking as needed
- Set up and stock stations before service and clean down after shifts
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with additional kitchen duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is an asset
- Food safety certification is considered an asset
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

Pay: $15.90-$16.90 per hour
