About the Role
We’re a busy real estate team looking for someone who can split their time between marketing and administration. You’ll help us stay organized, show up professionally to clients, and keep things moving, all at once. This is a part time (3 days a week), in office role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing data entry and upkeep in our CRM and project management tools
- Answering phones and handling day-to-day client communication
- Assembling print materials for showings and client deliverables
- Coordinating mailings, invoices, and general office tasks
- Keeping client lists, reminders, and internal records up to date
- Creating marketing materials, feature sheets, and ads using design software (Photoshop, Canva)
- Managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms
- Building and running Meta ad campaigns
- Sending email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Maintaining basic website content in WordPress
- Coordinating signage, tradeshow materials, and event bookings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite (including running paid ad campaigns)
- Familiar with CRM and project management tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator: on the phone, in writing, and in person
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Real Estate experience an asset
- Willingness to drive to Delaware 3x per week
