The Role: NorthCo is hiring a Carpenter to join our growing team as we continue to level up our cabinet and finish work. This is a full-time role for someone who's sharp with the details, quick on solutions, and takes real pride in the kind of finish work that makes a kitchen feel finished - clean reveals, smooth operation, tight mitres, no shortcuts.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Install kitchen and bath cabinets with clean, professional results
- Install and tune cabinet doors, drawers, hardware, fillers, and panels - perfect reveals, smooth operation
- Tackle finish carpentry: crown moulding, casings, baseboard, scribing, mitres, returns
- Read drawings, verify site measurements, and solve on-site issues fast
- Complete punch-list items and protect finished surfaces
- Communicate clearly with clients and project management
- Follow safety practices and keep a tidy, efficient workspace
What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in cabinets and finish/trim work
- Proven skill with crown moulding, baseboards, and other trim work
- Strong ability to install and adjust cabinet doors and hardware to spec
- Quick thinker with solid construction and renovation fundamentals
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and answering questions on site
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Respectful of clients' homes and easy to work with
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual (EN/FR) - an asset, not a requirement
