Dixes Landscaping is seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with deck construction, paving, landscaping, and general outdoor construction projects. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a strong team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deck building and installation
- Help with paving, interlock, and site preparation
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support crew leaders and skilled trades workers
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Perform general labor tasks as needed
Requirements
- Construction or landscaping experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
