What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering top-quality lawn care services for residential clients
- Mowing, trimming, mulching, garden maintenance, and sod installation
- Operating equipment like lawn mowers, line trimmers, aerators, and backpack blowers safely and confidently
- Keeping company vehicles clean and organized
- Representing our company professionally with clients
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliability - showing up on time
- Clear communication with both crew members and clients
- No driver's license required
