One Eyed Jack Restaurant & Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to join our leadership team across our all of our locations.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the front of house team during daily operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests leave satisfied
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Monitor dining room flow and ensure food and drinks are delivered accurately and on time
Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff throughout service
Handle on site issues quickly and effectively while maintaining professionalism
Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain strong service standards
Help build a positive, accountable, and team oriented culture
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
Assist with scheduling, shift management, and labour control
Support opening and closing procedures
Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain strong front and back of house communication
Help improve guest satisfaction, repeat business, and online reviews
Maintain strong knowledge of menus, food, beverage, and promotions
Ensure all health, safety, liquor, and company policies are followed
Qualifications
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high volume environment
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Hands on leadership style with a team first attitude
Experience training and motivating staff
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
