Job Position Title: Salmon Plant Production Worker (Permanent)
Location: 85 Southside Drive, Harbour Breton, NL A0H 1P0
Barry Group Inc. (54417 Newfoundland & Labrador Inc.) is currently looking for individuals to fill the position(s) of Salmon Production Worker at the Barry Group plant located in Harbour Breton, NL for their upcoming season (expected start date August 2026).
Duties: (may include, but are not limited to)
- Cutting, cleaning, icing and packing fish
- Inspecting product and packaging to ensure its meets company and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean work area
Hours of work depend on the harvest, however, most days are from 7am-4pm when possible.
Applicants should be aware that we have some housing accommodations available to help employees from outside of town.
We are a unionized plant and compensation is based as per the collective agreement.
