Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-countertop Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing and finishing stone counters to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various hand tools and heavy equipment. The Polisher will work in a warehouse environment and collaborate closely with other team members to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and polishing equipment to finish stone counter according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all components meet required standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble, fabricate, and build products as needed.
- Utilize forklifts and other heavy equipment safely within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in machining tasks as required, demonstrating versatility in production processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools and mechanical operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and warehouse practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
