Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour (flexible based on experience)
Shift: Days – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
we are seeking a Materials Associate to support production through kitting, material handling, receiving, inventory control, and incoming inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves preparing production kits, verifying incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy using an ERP system, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring materials are organized while following safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling electronic components.
- Experience with kitting, material handling, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Basic Quality Assurance or incoming inspection experience.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work safely at heights when required.
- Willingness to complete Working at Heights training.
Assets
- Experience with Epicor ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of 5S or Lean manufacturing.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
