What You’ll Be Doing
- Create Fun, Play-Based Learning: Plan hands-on, engaging activities that spark curiosity and support early development.
- Build a Warm, Safe Environment: Help children feel welcomed, supported, and ready to learn.
- Support Individual Growth: Observe children’s progress and share positive updates with families.
- Encourage Creativity: Use art, music, stories, and imaginative play to bring learning to life.
- Collaborate With a Great Team: Share ideas, support your coworkers, and help create a positive workplace culture.
- Connect With Families: Communicate openly with parents and support learning at home.
- Maintain Health & Safety: Keep your classroom clean, organized, and aligned with all safety standards.
