Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our transportation team. Every hour paid - and we mean every hour. We even pay overtime. Both weekly on highway and remote delivery routes available. Even if you want to work part time and fish or camp on weekends, we might have a place for you.
Responsibilities
- Most work is flatdeck or b'train so experience securing loads is essential.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatcher and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules or issues encountered during transit.
- Assist with basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor vehicle issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws to ensure personal safety and that of others on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ) with a clean driving record. 3 years experience required (insurance company requirement)
- Experience in flatdeck, Btrain and gravel roads an asset
- Knowledge of forklift operation, heavy equipment operation, or basic repair is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance purposes.
- Physical ability to load/unload and tie down freight and perform vehicle inspections; must be able to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Commitment to safety standards and adherence to transportation regulations.
Pay: $29.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
