Are you a skilled and motivated Millwright or Machine Builder ready to take on an exciting role in manufacturing? In this position, you will be instrumental in assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that production lines operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role offers a dynamic environment where your mechanical skills and hands-on experience will make a tangible impact every day
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide assembly and installation processes
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to assemble machinery components accurately
- Perform welding tasks as needed to secure parts and ensure structural integrity of equipment
- Operate forklifts safely to move heavy machinery parts within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery to identify issues before they cause downtime
- Follow safety protocols during assembly, maintenance, and repair activities to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members on machine setup, calibration, and testing to ensure optimal performance
- Perform tasks independently and in a team setting under general supervision
- Perform and/or assist in the assembly and install of customer equipment
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to facility machinery, equipment and plant support systems, utilizing a working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical.
- Perform inspections, repairs and modifications to customer equipment
- Perform rebuilds and overhauls to machinery and equipment; both in-house and off-site
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings (abbreviations, symbols for machining/welding/assembly, tolerances); of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to think under pressure and make quick decisions to repair equipment/machines to minimize downtime.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Millwright or Machine Builder in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings confidently
- Skilled in machining, welding, assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance practices
- Experience working with schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for complex machinery setup
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
