Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Shisha Lounge Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Prepare and maintain shisha setups according to safety and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the lounge area, including food handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables or guests simultaneously during busy periods
- Assist in setting up the lounge for daily operations and special events
- Address guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and services
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in hospitality or shisha lounges
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Ability to work well within a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience in serving or cashiering roles is advantageous
