Overview
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Estheticians, and Lash Technicians to join our dynamic wellness and beauty team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional skincare, massage, and lash services in a professional and welcoming environment. Candidates should be passionate about helping clients feel their best, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of customer service. All positions are paid, including internships, with a focus on delivering high-quality treatments and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy, skincare treatments, or lash extensions based on client needs and preferences
- Consult with clients to determine treatment plans and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations when appropriate
- Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service and personalized attention
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to skincare, massage therapy, or lash application is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments, procedures, and aftercare instructions
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic or relaxation goals
- Certification or licensing in massage therapy, esthetics, or lash extension is required or preferred depending on the role
