We are currently looking for a skilled, passionate, and self-motivated Skin Specialist / Aesthetician to join our team on a commission-based independent contractor basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply invested in skin health, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is confident combining hands-on treatments with education, product knowledge, and personalized treatment planning.

Your Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial and advanced skin treatments with exceptional attention to detail and care
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on client goals and skin concerns
- Educate clients on skincare, homecare routines, and ingredient knowledge to support long-term results
- Recommend and prescribe professional skincare products to enhance treatment outcomes
- Educate clients on treatment packages, long-term skin plans, and membership options when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized treatment environment
- Deliver an elevated client experience focused on retention, trust, and long-term relationships
- Support the growth of your clientele through relationship-building and professional social media presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional aesthetics experience
- Completion of a recognized aesthetics or skin therapy program
- Strong understanding of skin health, conditions, ingredients, and treatment protocols
- Experience performing facial treatments and skin consultations
- Experience with advanced skin treatments is considered an asset, including but not limited to: Chemical peels, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Hydrafacial, LED therapy, Acne-focused treatments, Microdermabrasion.
- Lash lift and brow lamination certification is considered an asset
- Additional specialized aesthetic certifications are considered a strong asset (please list in cover letter)
- Existing clientele is considered a strong asset, though not required
- Experience in professional skincare retail sales is considered an asset
