We’re looking for a Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury to join our Finance team in Toronto. This is role focused on shaping corporate finance strategy, supporting long-term growth, and bringing clarity to complex funding and financial risk decisions.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead corporate finance and treasury activities aligned to Enwave’s growth, including funding strategy, valuation, and liquidity planning. You’ll partner with business leaders and FP&A to maintain a forward-looking view of funding, cash flow, and rating metrics, and own the long-term business and valuation model.
You’ll oversee core treasury activities including debt management, covenant compliance, lender reporting, capital structure optimization, and liquidity. You’ll also manage equity flows, shareholder funding, and dividend planning, while maintaining strong lender relationships.
You’ll lead financial risk management, including hedging and derivatives strategy, and ensure appropriate frameworks are in place for interest rates, foreign exchange, and other exposures. Working with FP&A and accounting, you’ll support forecasting, reporting, disclosures, and Board-level materials on capital strategy and risk.
What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership capability with a strong service mindset
- Ability to operate across stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel is a must-have)
- Experience leading treasury, funding, or capital strategy in a complex environment
- 7+ years of progressive treasury experience
- Degree in Business or Finance; MBA, CFA, FRM, or CPA is preferred
- Experience working with lenders and executing corporate financing arrangements
- Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries is an asset.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $195,000, based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
