Electrical Estimator/Project Manager (ICI Sector)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Estiamto/Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and close-out of mid- to large-scale electrical construction projects across the ICI sector. You’ll own schedule, budget, safety, and quality while acting as the primary interface with clients, general contractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal field teams. The ideal candidate combines deep electrical construction knowledge with disciplined project controls and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical estimates for new construction and renovation projects based on blueprints, specifications, and other documentation
- Manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Oversee project progress to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other project requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project expenses, adjust project scope, and resolve any project-related issues or challenges
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections as required to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and submit project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and design, to ensure seamless project execution
- Typical range of projects $50K to $3M
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management in ICI sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software, such as WORD, EXCEL, PDF, ACCUBID
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documentation
