Project Manager

Highrise Restoration Inc. is a growing general contracting company specializing in building envelope, parking garage, balcony, facade, waterproofing, and capital restoration projects for condominium, apartment, townhouse, and commercial properties. We are built on reliability, clear communication, accountability, and strong coordination between office and field teams.
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with construction or restoration experience who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
This is a support-focused project management role. The successful candidate will assist senior project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, budgeting, cost tracking, and project follow-up to help ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines
- Track project progress and update schedules
- Communicate with subcontractors, field teams, consultants, clients, and internal team members
- Maintain project documentation, reports, files, and records
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and job costing using Excel
- Help ensure project tasks are completed on schedule
- Assist senior project managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Support communication between office and field teams
- Help identify issues early and support timely solutions
- Maintain organised records and project updates
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in restoration, construction, or related project coordination
- Experience with building envelopes, parking garages, waterproofing, concrete repair, or similar construction projects preferred
- Strong organisational skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable learning and using construction/project management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Team-oriented, accountable, respectful, and professional attitude
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada.
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Pay: CA$65,000 - CA$85,000 per year, based on experience
- Eligibility for the performance-based bonus program
