Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team! This vital role combines front desk management with administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. Duties
- Greet visitors professionally, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and record-keeping
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, and maintaining organized records
- Support administrative functions including managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and assisting with office supply inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client or patient needs in a courteous manner
- Billing third parties, keeping up to date with company recalls
- Confirming daily, weekly appointments, along with daily referrals and bookings
- Maintaining office supplies, ordering products & supplies from various hearing aid manufacturers
- Sending/receiving faxes and courier shipments
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- BluePrint Experience a bonus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations in a professional setting
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in record keeping
- Strong typing skills along with solid computer skills to support various administrative functions
- Previous experience in medical office environments is a plus, including familiarity with medical office procedures
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma (minimum requirement)
- Post-secondary is an asset

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
