Job required
- Minimum 3–5 years construction experience in residential or commercial projects.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead‑hand role managing crews and coordinating trades.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural plans.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to direct workers and maintain productivity.
- WorkSafeBC safety knowledge and commitment to enforcing safe work practices.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to walk sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills with trades, office staff, inspectors, and clients.
- Basic technology skills (email, site reporting apps, photo documentation).
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

- Building Framers: 3 years (preferred)
