Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Kitchen Hands / Dishwashers to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting food preparation teams and service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, a positive attitude, and an interest in the hospitality industry. Previous restaurant, hotel, or kitchen experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, surfaces, and storage spaces
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by ensuring timely dishwashing and supply replenishment
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used responsibly and stored properly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service procedures is desirable
- Willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality and food safety standards

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour
