Job summary
The Merchandising Associate works in conjunction with Retail Operations Management to execute planograms and set up seasonal displays. This role involves building displays and stocking shelves throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
- Execute store merchandising projects, including planogram and modular resets.
- Install, relocate, and remove shelving, fixtures, displays, and signage.
- Complete seasonal transitions and promotional merchandising according to company standards.
- Merchandise products to maximize presentation, availability, and sales opportunities.
- Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise as required.
- Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and product placement.
- Assist with inventory counts, product relocations, and stock organization.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and other approved material-handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all company health and safety policies.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and completion status with the Project Team Leader and management.
- Assist customers by providing product information, locating merchandise, or directing them to the appropriate department while maintaining project timelines.
- Adapt to changing priorities and complete multiple assignments within established deadlines.
Requirements / Skills
- No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
- Ability to complete detail-oriented tasks according to instructions
- Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
- Result-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience executing planograms (asset)
