As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform various skincare treatments including threading, facials, waxing, and body massages tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Foster a hospitable atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients to understand their preferences and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in threading, facials, head massage, waxing.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to perform hair styling, makeup and threading is a plus.
- A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping others feel their best.
