Studio Belle in Calgary Alberta is seeking a SUPERSTAR for our Client Concierge and Intake. Our work literally changes people’s lives for the better and we’re growing so fast because of it. We’ve got the best job in town and we’re looking for a very special person to join us.
In joining our all female team, you will help by supporting our studio in contacting new clients to schedule their photography sessions with our studio. This entails listening to their needs, explaining how we work, and providing outstanding service which includes answering inquiries and returning calls to connect with our customers who have already asked to be contacted for our transformational portrait experiences. It also includes scheduling their appointments and maintaining accurate records for the client along their journey with us.
You will also help in identifying and establishing business alliances and cross-promotional relationships, and conduct outreach to potential local partners and collaborators.
In summary; as the sales and booking specialist, you will be responsible for outbound calls to our leads, you will establish relationships with clients and schedule appointments for the Studio. You will also be returning calls and following up on leads. You will ask the clients qualifying questions to uncover needs and motivations, and ensure that each client receives a consultative experience.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates are:
- Outgoing, Reliable, Mature, Well-spoken, Energetic, and can strike up a good conversation in any situation.
- Appointment Setting experience over the phone would also be an asset.
- Administration or Inside Sales experience is an asset.
- Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have a passion for talking on the phone and connecting with people
- Previous roles in phone-related positions are an asset and requirement.
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills, and having confident phone mannerisms is a must.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be patient, empathetic, and possess the ability to listen to people while taking notes.
