As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Qualifying and processing customers rentals
- Offering optional products and services
- Processing Customer rental returns
- Responding to customers inquires, booking rentals and other types of phone inquires
- Perform related tasks as directed by managers.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 20 years old
- High School Diploma or above preferred
- Must have at least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years an no drug or alcohol related convictions.
