Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet Customers and provide guided tours of the Show home.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, enabling effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology sales or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
- Experience with telemarketing methods and best practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage and track sales activities is preferred.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities in the market and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Monday - Thursday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Closed on Friday
Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
