We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. Duties
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, policies, and standards
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute strategic projects and initiatives
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Support team members by providing guidance and training as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not required
