We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team.
You will provide legal support and assistance to lawyers and staff in litigation and other practice areas.

Responsibilities
- Assist with litigation support (ie. family law, civil and commercial litigation and personal injury) to lawyers and staff
- Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage case files and document management systems to ensure accurate filing, data entry, and retrieval of case information.
- Support lawyers with client communication by scheduling meetings, interviews, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the organization of discovery materials through document review and indexing for litigation support.
- Qualifications
- Paralegal experience or prior legal support experience demonstrating familiarity in the areas of family law, general litigation and/or personal injury.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PCLaw.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting family, civil or commercial litigation cases is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: $39,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
