we strive to evolve and get better everyday - as such, we're looking for someone who is willing to grow and learn along with us. as part of the team, your duties will include working the line, expediting orders, prepping mise-en-place for the restaurant and working with chef to get service done as swiftly as possible, day in and day out.
we ask that only applicants with 2+ years of experience apply. you must have basic knife skills, a food handler’s certificate and a willingness to come to work with a positive attitude. after three months' work, we offer full health benefits including dental. shifts are roughly 11 hours and the start times range. we're looking for a cook capable of working 3-4 shifts/week.
