Our Operations Manager is responsible for leading hospitality operations across a portfolio of properties while developing and empowering our Guest Experience Managers and Guest Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction every day. This role combines strong operational leadership with a passion for coaching people, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable processes that support rapid growth.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day city operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistency across multiple locations. You'll work closely with leadership to implement strategic initiatives, optimize performance, and build the operational foundation needed to support Nester Finn's growth.

The Opportunity
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Guest Experience Managers and Specialists, providing ongoing mentorship, performance management, and career development
- Drive operational excellence across multiple properties, ensuring consistent execution of company standards and exceptional guest experiences
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily operations, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions before they impact the guest experience
- Develop, refine, and scale operational processes and standard operating procedures to support business growth
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational performance
- Analyze operational metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Ensure teams are properly staffed, trained, and equipped to meet business objectives
- Support the successful onboarding and development of new team members and leaders
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with landlords and property partners, ensuring proactive communication, operational alignment, and a collaborative approach to supporting our properties and guests.
- Lead by example, maintaining high operational standards while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience
What We Look For
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing hospitality operations, preferably within a hotel or multi-property environment
- Proven success leading leaders and developing high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and mentorship
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence teams during periods of growth and change
- Strong operational mindset with experience improving processes, implementing standards, and driving execution across multiple locations
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Data-driven approach to measuring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and operational technology platforms; quick to learn new systems
- Experience developing scalable processes and supporting organizational growth is considered a strong asset
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and remain standing or walking for extended periods as operational needs require
