Servers start at $17.60/hr. We do NOT have a tip pool and additional compensation includes sales incentives and commissions that could average an additional $200+ weekly, as well as contests!
Role Overview:
A Vic Social server connects with guests to ensure that they are satisfied and feel a sense of belonging by providing excellent personable and customized guest service that will keep guests wanting to come back.
Responsibilities:
Create great connections and build relationships with the team and our guests.
Share a sense of belonging, promote teamwork, instigate improvement and have fun.
Must have a warm and professional attitude, good experience and a willingness to learn.
Guide our guests through the menu and make suggestions on how to have an excellent and memorable experience they’ll want to repeat.
Execute service from start to finish, including setting tables, taking orders, collecting payments and completing side duties (teamwork is important).
Perform additional duties as directed.
Skill Requirements:
Smart Serve certified or equivalent
1+ year serving and/or bartending experience.
