This is a Head Coach Team Leadership role within MOVE.
You are the standard-setter. The coach who elevates everyone around her.
While not in the club everyday, your involvement and impact is felt across the entire team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Coaching 15 to 20 hour sessions - Combination of Group Classes and Personal Training per week.
- Responsible for Coach Development & Hiring, Programming Development & Execution, Standard & Culture Stewardship
- Responsible for Retention and Churn, and Trial Conversions
- Responsible for Facility Management - Day to day management excellence for seamless member experience
- Lead the development and consistency of coaching at MOVE through regular class observation and constructive feedback
- Lead onboarding new coaches and evaluating prospective team members
- Collaborate with owner/team to design and deliver programming every 6–8 weeks aligned with the MOVE training methodology
- Ensure programming is clearly communicated, understood by coaches, and effectively implemented on the floor
- Help uphold the standards, professionalism, and culture that define a high-quality MOVE class excellence experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the coaching team and member

- Success in the role is reflected through strong member experience scores, improving coaching quality, consistent program delivery, and members feeling coached, supported and challenged
- Responsible for facility maintenance & operational excellence to our standards while looking for ways to improve
- Support MOVE to exceed targets for membership growth, and new trial conversion
- Support member lifecycle process (Day 30+) to hit MIA target, churn rate & drive member results
- Support club marketing initiatives including content for social media, website, newsletters, neighborhood business collaborations, community outreach, and at MOVE social and community events as required.
- May require use of various fitness industry business software and platforms used including MINDBODY, Jane, Canva, WODup, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and G-suite
Experience Preferred:
- Previous team lead management experience in fitness industry for 1 year.
- Previous group coaching fitness instructor experience with olympic bar for 1 to 3 years
- Personal training experience using olympic bar for 1 to 3 years
- Certifications may include Strength training, Landmine University, Check Institute, Weck Method, Kettlebell, Powerlifting, DTS, Agatsu, StrongFirst, CrossFit L1/L2, NSCA-CSCS, CSSP, Movement & Mobility, Animal Flow, Anatomy Trains, Fascia and Nervous System Training, FMS, Canfit pro, ACE.
