Vision Greens (visiongreens.ca) is a Welland-based vertical farming organization dedicated to bringing sustainable produce to all Canadians. Our controlled environment facility uses patented space technology to produce 1 million pounds of leafy greens annually while also using 95% less land and water than regular crop farms.
Our lettuce is sustainably grown, pesticide-free, longer lasting and better tasting than other packaged lettuces which is why it's called the World's Best Lettuce.
It's an exciting time to join Vision Greens as we are rapidly expanding our growing operations along with our customer base which includes some of Canada's largest retail and food service accounts such as Metro and Loblaws.

Responsibilities
- Packaging lettuce/produce in an automated environment
- Strict alignment with all food safety standards
- Maintaining high standards of quality assurance in all elements of operations
- Tracking inventory and production levels
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or food/agriculture is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High School or College Diploma
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to learn and follow processes quickly and effectively
- Able to meet performance targets
- Not afraid to offer solutions to business challenges
