Centigrade Mechanical Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dependable Red Seal Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining equipment while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment/systems
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation if required
Qualifications
- Red Seal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with [HVAC / heavy equipment / automotive / commercial equipment / refrigeration / electrical / plumbing — customize as needed]
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
