Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional service.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments.
- Prepare quality food and beverages according to Wendy's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization if the dining room, kitchen and workstations.
- Restock supplies and assist with closing duties
- Follow food safety, sanitation and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
-Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset but not required - we provide training.
