Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill is known for delivering great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Seat guests efficiently and manage waitlists when required.
- Answer phone calls and assist with takeout and reservation inquiries.
- Support servers and bartenders by maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Ensure tables, menus, and service stations are clean and fully stocked.
- Assist guests with questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with both front and back of house staff to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
