This is a permanent opportunity for candidates with autobody, paint shop, aircraft, aerospace, or industrial painting experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare composite and metal parts for painting
- Sand, trim, and mask components to specification
- Apply primer and topcoat using paint spray equipment
- Perform visual quality inspections
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support other production and general labour duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous autobody paint shop experience required OR
- Previous aircraft, aerospace, or aviation paint experience required
- Experience using paint spray guns
- Ability to sand, prep, trim, and mask parts
- Able to work in a manufacturing or production environment
