Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing project workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Duties
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met effectively.
- Coordinate communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed schematics, drawings, and documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, or SolidWorks.
- Review and interpret technical schematics and construction drawings to support project planning and implementation.
- Utilize SketchUp and NavisWorks for 3D modeling and visualization to aid in project presentations and design reviews.
- Support drafting activities related to civil, mechanical, or structural projects with expertise in Schematics and 2D animation as needed.
- Track project progress, update documentation, and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project phases.
Experience
- Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or SolidWorks is essential.
- Familiarity with Schematics, Drafting, and Construction documentation processes.
- Experience working on engineering or architectural projects involving 2D animation or visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and technical drawing standards.
- Prior experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced project environments preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
