Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver/Houseperson to join our team. This role involves providing safe transportation for guests and staff, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the property. Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests and staff between designated locations
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles, including routine maintenance checks
- Assist with general housekeeping duties around the property, including cleaning and organizing common areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries professionally and courteously
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules, vehicle maintenance, and guest needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and driving laws at all times
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to management
- Support other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial driving or shuttle operation is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or basic maintenance skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Customer service experience demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
- Valid driver’s license suitable for commercial driving with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is advantageous
