Construction Operations Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)

Highrise Restoration Inc. is a growing general contracting company specializing in building envelope, parking garage, balcony, facade, waterproofing, and capital restoration projects for condominium, apartment, townhouse, and commercial properties. We are looking for a strong leader who can support operational performance, project execution, and client relationships.
We are looking for a senior Construction Operations Manager to oversee project execution, field operations, team performance, and coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction/restoration experience, proven leadership ability, and excellent conflict resolution skills.
The successful candidate will support project managers, site teams, estimating coordination, and operational workflows while helping ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard. Strong communication and the ability to resolve issues with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations and project execution across multiple projects
- Manage and support project managers, site teams, and estimating coordination
- Resolve client, consultant, subcontractor, and site-level conflicts professionally
- Ensure quality control and project delivery standards are maintained
- Coordinate schedules, resources, documentation, and performance expectations
- Support operational improvements across departments
- Work closely with leadership on project planning, staffing, and execution
- Maintain clear communication between the office, the field, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and team accountability
- Help strengthen systems, workflows, and reporting processes
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of construction or restoration industry experience
- Strong field operations and management experience
- Experience with building envelope, parking garage, waterproofing, concrete repair, or restoration construction preferred
- Proven ability to manage conflict and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work from the Mississauga office and attend job sites as needed
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional, accountable, respectful, and team-oriented approach
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada.
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Pay: CA$115,000 - CA$130,000 per year, based on experience
- Eligibility for the performance-based bonus program
