Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with their needs at the front desk
- Provide professional hair styling services and consultations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Promote retail sales by upselling products and services effectively
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Handle inquiries, book appointments, and manage walk-in traffic efficiently
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation protocols is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally

Pay: $40,000.00-$92,351.67 per year
