We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards.
- Process payments using POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of serving experience in a dine-in or casual/family-style restaurant
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Serving It Right certification preferred.
