As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating spa appointments, and promoting spa services and products. - Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments using our booking system
- Provide information to clients about available spa services and products
- Upsell additional treatments or products to enhance the client's experience
- Assist with retail sales of spa products

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our spa products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
- Keep accurate records of client information, preferences, and payment details
