What You'll Do

Proactively source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry connections

Build talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs

Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives

Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness

Partner with leaders and employees to navigate complex people matters, including incident management, return-to-work planning, workplace accommodations, investigations, and workforce risk mitigation.

Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, and conflict resolution.
What You'll Bring

8+ years of progressive HR experience

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments

Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation, WCB, and workplace investigations

Proven success sourcing and attracting top talent

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

CPHR designation or working toward designation is an asset
