Job Summary
Serving the Lakeland and Northeast Alberta regions for over 50 years, Norglass Ltd. is a trusted name for comprehensive glass solutions. We are currently seeking a dependable, energetic Glass Glazier / Laborer to join our team in Bonnyville.
This is a diverse role where no two days look exactly the same. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople handling everything from residential window and door installations to commercial storefronts, curtain wall installation, custom shower enclosures, and automotive glass replacements. While experience in the glass industry is an asset, we are fully prepared to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a valuable trade.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
Construction, framing, roofing, carpentry, or general labor. Previous glazing or automotive glass experience is highly valued but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights on ladders or scaffolding.
Technical Aptitude
Proficient at reading a tape measure, operating common hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and glass suction cups.
License & Logistics
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract (required to operate company service vehicles). Reliable transportation to the Bonnyville shop.
