- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct detailed account analysis to monitor financial performance and support budgeting efforts.
- Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee hours, deductions, and benefits through reliable accounting systems.
- Prepare comprehensive account reconciliation reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Support audit preparations by maintaining organized financial documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation tasks confidently.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements is highly desirable.
