Job Summary
The Campus Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, staff management, student support services, and administrative activities of ACE Community College. The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the campus and maintaining a high standard of education and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Provide overall operational oversight of campus functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and government guidelines
- Oversee administrative, academic support, admissions, and student service operations
- Develop and implement operational processes, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure campus facilities, equipment, and learning environments are safe, professional, and operationally effective
- Coordinate staffing needs, scheduling, onboarding, and operational coverage across departments
- Identify operational risks, issues, and compliance concerns and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, recordkeeping, and data management practices
- Maintain high standards of customer service and student experience across all campus operations
- Ensure operational readiness for audits, inspections, reporting requirements, and regulatory reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and operational excellence across the campus
Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute campus enrollment growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead admissions recruitmentment, and marketing teams to achieve student enrollment targets
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and enrollment KPIs regularly
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, branding, lead generation, and digital outreach initiatives
- Track marketing ROI and admissions performance metrics to improve strategies and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical recruitment practices
- Support retention initiatives by collaborating with academic and student services teams
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and enrollment projections for leadership review
- Manage budgets related to recruitment, events, advertising, and promotional activities
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all campus communications and outreach activities
- Drive continuous improvement in admissions and marketing processes, systems, and student engagement strategies
Leadership and Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and support faculty and administrative staff.
- Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development sessions.
- Facilitate collaboration among departments for optimal campus performance.
Student Support Services
- Create a positive and engaging campus experience for students.
- Handle student inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment objectives.
Administrative and Financial Management
- Prepare and oversee budgets, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure that campus policies and procedures align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in campus or educational administration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with trades and technical education is an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
