We’re hiring an
Account Executive for a leading company in the commercial security and monitoring space. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying hybrid hunter role focused on driving new business, converting inbound opportunities, and growing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering tailored security solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term client success.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to close and account expansion
- Convert inbound leads into revenue-generating opportunities
- Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quota
- Present and position technical security solutions to decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings within the commercial security sector
Account Executive Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role
- Commercial physical security sales experience is required
- Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and related solutions
- Live video monitoring and RMR sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Excellent presentation and solution-selling skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Results-driven with a strategic and consultative sales approach
Employment Details:
- Base salary starting at $70,000.00 per year plus comp structure
